Tandle Hill Country Park Café — Restaurant in Oldham

Staff are rude, toilets are all out of order but the cafe continues to operate (by law you have to have customer toilets if you have seating for ten or more people which they do), refused to let my 5 year old who was desperate for a number 2 to use the staff toilet. They put a dog water bowl on the floor but it was empty, I asked if it could be topped up and got shouted at because I can't have water for the dog in the cafe, it's just there as an empty bowl (what? Why keep an empty dog water bowl on the floor if you don't want to offer them water?) then started complaining about the number of us in the shop (we were two adults and 4 children) even though we were just coming in to order, saying we were causing congestion (we weren't, more people came in afterwards and there was plenty of room). Visited here today with my family and while we was I no the queue a child came, quite panicked, and asked if there was a first aider…..the people behind the counter were very blasé about this and said no, didn’t even ask what had happened…my sister is a newly qualified nursing associate so asked if she could help, one of his friends looked like they had broken their wrist, she helped him ring a parent and stood with him to make sure he was okay. We asked at the cafe again if they have a first aid box and the old guy looked blankly and said we do but I don’t think it’s got a bandage. I had to physically say please can you check, he eventually went to the first aid box and found us one….I hope he never needs assistance and gets the same treatment!!! Also hope the poor...
