Usually enjoy this pub, there was a mix up with the food order and there was some chips put on our table that weren't ordered but there was another dish that wasn't brought. We assumed it was a mix up and they'd put it on the till wrong
The way that the “woman” dealt with the situation was absolutely appalling, there was absolutely no accountability for the mistake she had made. Then proceeded to go over to another table and told them we had taken their chips . After her mistake, it took absolutely no liability for its mistake.
