Must have been having a bad day. The self-service kiosks kept crashing, my order was taken wrong at the till then items were missing (I wasn't the only one to experience this. Other customers were also complaining.) When I went to get my missing items, a staff member snatched my receipt out of my hand twice without so much as eye contact, seemed to read it then got 2 different items and walked off. Then when my items were clearly ready, I asked another member of staff if I could have them, they said 'yes' then went back to ignoring me. Then 5 minutes later (still waiting at the till) he then passed my items over. No idea why he had to ignore me/my order for 5 minutes just to take

Faulty KFC paper bags, mind your food doesnt fall out the bottom like mine did! Diabolical, moody customer service. The Sunday evening shift from 7pm onwards need to be exported off to another part of the galaxy.

10 seconds after my £17 KFC purchase fell through their paper bag I was met by the most indifferent staff members who unapologetically replaced the drinks in the most "don't give a rats arse" attitude; I've seen more expression on the face of insects, they all look as miserable as hell.

Also, the 4 legged rats outside their doors are rampant, an absolute threat to young children, we counted 10 rats to one pest control trap within 20 minutes.

Complained to the manager at KFC. Not surprisingly was met with the most despondent of attitudes, he looked like he was used to these complaints and didn't apologise for the staff manner or their horde of rats on the veranda.

40 min wait. Nothing I wanted was available no popcorn no fillets no chicken bites no fizzy drinks no gravy. Only thing available was chicken pieces and chips so had a 3 piece meal with no drink but charged full price so asked for a water. No, dont have any but was offered tap water in a cup. In the end they said i can have a coke from a bottle which I accepted. Paid for it. Then as they were getting it the lady knocked my box on the floor and just picked it up and put it on the side looked around to see if I was looking then put my chips in the box she just picked up. When i said i wasnt having food from the floor she got some fresh. But left the dropped chicken on the side. I got my food and asked for ketchup. Why did I bother? They didn't have any.

This is the very worst place to go for food.
