We bought ourselves a Groupon vocher for the cahddlewood and thought we would try it out and was we plenty surprised. The staff were welcoming, happy, and relaxed despite being busy and informative. We were seated quite quickly even though we were early for our booking. There was a really happy atmosphere with plenty of punters eating, but it wasn't overly noisy. They have a fantastic offer on the white wine at the moment, a whole bottle for about £11, to be fair to them their alcohol prices are very reasonable and fair. Once we ordered our food, we didn't wait very long at all, and the wait was well worthwhile as the food was really good and well presented , not to much but enough to enjoy and not feel bloated or over full. To be honest, the prices for the food is so reasonable it's not one of those places you need to purchase a Groupon voucher to enjoy without breaking the bank. We absolutely enjoyed our meal and drink and definitely will be back.

Having been here a few times recently I thought I’d write a review Especially after this evenings meal Wow! Amazing prices and service especially by Victoria (the long blonde hair lady) she went out of her way to get us a table and service will a smile just what customers love!!! I normally go in for the hallumi flatbread my fav! But today went for lunch (and then dinner lol first being the steak (cooked to perfection! Then later on the “lay it on chick” burger and again was very nice! Highly recommend for sure Ps forgot to take pic of the burger 🙈

Good food, can take a little time to arrive but I believe this is because it's generally busy. Not a fan of the TVs but this is a sports pub so if you want to go somewhere quiet I'd say check the sports that's playing before you go. Nice amount of food for the price and very tasty. Clean toilets and the beer garden (although small) is very clean and nice. Chairs on the tables a little uncomfortable but not a huge thing. Staff are very friendly. Overall a nice place to go for food.

I've had to edit this review and deduct a star, as my revisit to this pub, bar and grill was a bit of a disappointment. This was due to the service I received, so I booked a table for my daughter's 1st birthday (no problem there) for 5pm. We ordered our food but weren't told how long await it was going to be, as we waited a member of staff came over to us at 5:45pm, they said the table we were on was booked for quarter past 6. But we hadn't had our food, so the member of staff said she would speak to the manager, then I was told we were fine to stay there as our food hadn't came out yet. (it's a bit hard to describe how it was handled)

Then my eldest wanted the toilet so I took her, we were met with one toilet being blocked and looked like something out of a horror movie, the other toilet was absolutely covered in urine. I did report it and they did say it was not ok to leave it in that state.

On to the better part of the review the food was nice, there is definitely room for improvement, it just needed that extra something. At the moment for April kids eat £1 with every paying adult meal.

There are plenty of car parking spaces outside and near the pub.

As I said you can book a table, they do take out and now delivery through deliveroo.

You can order at your table with the sizzle app or go up to the...

I went for my birthday meal with partner and 2 kids. The food was a real let down, and the waitress seemed as though she didn't have a clue what we had ordered. She came out with only part of our order,we told her we had more ordered for the children, she said she would sort and went off, then started serving other tables!? My 1year old was waiting for the rest of her meal and it was abit stressful.we had to remind her we were waiting for that along with the cutlery! Then I had ordered a steak, medium. It arrived,it was completely full of fat and grissle (Not sure how to spell sorry!) I mean i literally had 3 mouthfuls of meat on it. I didn't send it back because I had cut the whole thing apart to try to find some meat and didn't want to have an argument about whether I had actually eaten it or not even though I had the pile of the fat etc on the napkin. Anyway, the steak was gross, the kids chicken was well over cooked, which children then refused to eat, and the chicken on my partners mixed grill was completely cremated. I honestly don't think I will order any meat from there again. I'm not sure I will return to be honest which is such a shame as I only live 1 min away and it used to be so much nicer years ago. Complete let down and ruined my birthday if I'm honest as i was looking forward to it...

Always loved the food and atmosphere in our local. Never had a bad meal here until last night. We came here for my mums birthday, a table of 7. My partner and I decided to have the large southern fried chicken sharer, with some other sides to go with this. It states on the menu that this chicken is recommended for 3 people to share and is priced at £10.49. What was presented was a cereal sized bowl of small chunks of chicken. There was supposed to be 9 chunks of chicken however the waitress stated there was only 8 as that was all they had. No way was this small bowl of chicken worth over £10! My dads mixed grill and my brothers double chilli burger was cheaper. The menu is a bit confusing, this dish is found in the nachos and sharers section of the menu, it’s not clearly marked that this dish is in fact a starter dish which I later discovered after a chat with the manager. Even so, even as a starter dish, 9 small chunks of chicken for 3 people to share at this price is nothing but outrageous. The manager did give us a complimentary bowl of nachos after we asked her if she would pay £10.49 for the chicken in which her reply was she would not. Left feeling a little ripped off which is usually not the case at the chaddlewood as it is usually such good...
