Went over to try the new Friday night experience as had heard amazing things about the launch night last week and it did not disappoint! The restaurant carries itself as well during the evening as during the day, and the menu is a fantastic sample of smaller dishes which allowed us to choose a few dishes to try.

The service was fantastic - plenty of staff around and absolutely no pressure for us to vacate the table (which we have experienced in other restaurants recently) and all very attentive, polite and helpful. They were able to make recommendations for us and had good knowledge of the menu to help us to choose the right dishes for our party of 2.

The food arrived in good time to allow fresh preparation but without taking an eternity and was delicious - very well presented, and can highly recommend the chicken satay sticks.

The food is very reasonably priced and we also enjoyed a very nice bottle of wine to go with the dishes, so all in all a great night out.

The Pantry is also trialling live music monthly - I heard last week was a roaring success and although there was no live music last night we didn't feel like we missed out but will be back to try it out as there is little to offer locally for a nice evening out.

Thank you to the team at The Pantry for such an...

We have eaten here a few times and the food has always been delicious! It is lovely inside, great vibes and the staff have always been polite and attentive. We will continue to come here as a nice treat. I feel the prices are fair for the quality of food that they serve. Only ever had one bad experience and that was last summer. Through no real fault of there own, it was a hot day, doors/windows were open and there were wasps swarming the place… I think I saw 6 at once up near the ceiling, but they kept coming and hovering around the food. We had babies with us and one got stung. He was hysterical.. ruined our experience and I am sure everyone else’s too for having to listen to the screams. Bless. A member off staff explained there was nothing in the first aid kit for wasp stings but provided us with a sachet of cooling gel, to try and help relieve some of the pain. His help was much appreciated. Hopefully there can be someway to be wasp free on hot days in the future. Overall, I highly recommend and will continue to...

I came through yesterday with my mum as I told her many good things about this place and like a few reviewers here I live local in the area. We've been given a small table and the 'lead' guy running the floor.... Kiiiind of treated us like second class as he never gave us a menu as soon as we came in but gave the menu to the others who came in which was awkward?!

Listen we lived in Cumbria and not once have we received bad customer service at similar establishments. I really 'genuinely' want to support your business because the food was awesome let alone the layout and location but first impression says it all not feeling welcomed and my mum felt insulted and I dont take lightly to that so we left.

Went to Plau instead though (folks check them out!).... Their service cheered us up plenty and food was out of this world. I mean I always believe in second chances so I might come through in the future probably, left feeling upset and unwelcomed, maybe this fella serving us had a bad day or...

**update.. went back and tried the tapas omg so glad we did teriyaki bao buns are the best. Normally I can't stand bao buns but these ones were delicious. Sharing salt and pepper chicken tenders were really good too** Took a small detour on the way back to Blackpool and nipped here for something to eat.. so glad we did. I had the Maxy club sandwich which came with a fried egg on it which was a bit unusual but worked. Was a little worried the shredded chicken was going to be dry, but it wasn't it was lovely. The other half had maple bacon french toast which he enjoyed followed by the spring green shrimp salad which he thoroughly enjoyed. The food was fantastic, the portions are very generous, the restaurant was light and bright and airy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Fab find highly recommended
