Greggs — Restaurant in Redditch

Terrible service! Ordered via click & collect. Arrived at allocated time slot, went to the click & collect counter and was completely ignored by every single member of staff and they just continued to serve the people in the normal queue. Some of the staff even looked over to me and made eye contact, then proceeded to still ignore me and serve the others. I could see my order was ready on the back counter and would of taken someone 3 seconds to pass it to me! After I challenged the girl behind the counter, she said someone will be with me soon! In total I waited over 10 minutes just for someone to pass me my order. Needless to say the food was stone cold and had to be thrown away. All the staff looked miserable and were completely unhelpful. What's the point of click & collect if you are served last? It's supposed to be quick. I will not...

Great location and as it was a Greggs I thought I would be ok for choice, service and quality. Boy was I mistaken. The queue was all the way outside, about 10 people in front of me and for the first 10 mins in the queue only one person was serving. Eventually someone else started to but it was a comedy of errors. The food was below par, tasteless, not hot or even warm. They got the order wrong 3 times and in the end after 25 minutes I was glad to leave. Will never use this location again. Time of visit to...

awful place, constantly mess up orders, no apology or effort to rectify mistakes, manager maddy in particular is very rude. used to order frequently from here but recently been messing up orders, food arrives cold or just don’t send out items. call them up no form of apology or compensation for it, staff clearly need retraining, they will always try and blame the drivers for messing up orders also.
