Ordered a pizza after a long day at work. An hour later, I get a call from a guy, "Pizza. Home" and then hung up. Important note to make right now, I have 2 dogs who go nuts when someone knocks the door, and I don't have a doorbell. On this particular day it was raining. I assumed the guy was lost and needed directions so I tried to call back. Several times. Each time he hung up the call. After 5 minutes I had another call "Pizza. Pizza Hut. Home." I said "Yes, pizza hut, where are you?" and he hung up again. We look outside and see nobody around. Eventually we hear someone honking their car, so without shoes on in the rain, I go out and there the delivery driver was, sat in his car with my pizzas. I said "My house is over there" and his response "But this is closer". I lost it. Pizza Hut themselves, didn't care when I called to complain.
Fast forward a couple of weeks. Working late again, my wife orders us pizza. By the time I get home, still no pizza. After a while longer we get a phone call from another house on the other side of Redditch. The pizza was delivered to them (same house number, completely different street, both starting with the same letter though). He got our number from the receipt, driver handed over the delivery and left. At this point my wife and I tried to call Pizza hut for 20 minutes with no response. I ended up driving down there to complain and get my pizza. The manager was not sympathetic, and I could use some really harsh terms to describe her. She wanted to wait for the driver to come back to confirm he had delivered the pizzas to the wrong place, and reluctantly remade them while he was coming back. Speaking with another customer, she was just ignoring the phones when they were ringing, picking up and hanging up every so often. My wife was able to get through as I turned up, but the manager put the phone down on her to handle me instead assuming I was another customer. We complained to Pizza hut directly,...
Read moreWow did a half and half and paid £1.80 per half for extra extra sweet corn so a total of £3.60 which I wouldnt mind as I really was craving sweet corn. A tin of sweetcorn cost between 45p and £1.10 depending on brand. I DOUBT I go double sweetcorn as there was barely a single portion of sweet corn on each half. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant and if you do don't bother paying for extras. Better still buy a frozen pizza and heating it yourself at home.
Update: after being asked to contact customer service in response to this review to make of seem like pizza hut had a concern their response "We’re really sorry your Pizza from our Redditch Hut wasn't up to scratch we really appreciate you letting us know so we can look into this. We’re so careful to make sure we’re always generous, so it’s really disappointing to hear. We’ll be sure to pass your feedback on to ensure standards live up to expectations in the future."

Absolutely Outstanding!
Had an amazing experience at Pizza Hut recently and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and clearly passionate about giving a great service
The food? Incredible. We ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni and a veggie supreme, and both were piping hot, loaded with fresh toppings, and had that signature Pizza Hut flavour that hits the spot every time. The garlic bread and wings were also 10/10 – crispy, flavourful, and perfectly cooked.
What really stood out was the attention to detail and how quick everything arrived. You can tell the team really cares about getting it right, and they definitely did. We’ll definitely be back soon – Pizza Hut, you’ve earned yourself some...
