Burger King — Restaurant in Redditch

Very poor had to order by computerised waiter what happened to your standard burger add this add that add the other Fae faster to talk to a person at the end of it all no receipt to prove order so I had to go to the counter and try and remember all the xtras my friend had ordered he had gone to the loo at that point what a waste of time and energy for a burger that was completely sub standard because of fussy eaters you can no longer order a regular burger with all the trimmings ..... I thought Tec was supposed to speed things up nahhhh oh and the staff are not up on cleaning the tables in there either ...really disappointed with the post mix as well totally watery drinks and soggy straws I thought the modern world was supposed to enhance the living experience looks like we haven't moved on since...

Our recent experience with Burger King in Redditch left a lot to be desired. Ordering directly from the Burger King website, we chose two burger meals, expecting everything to arrive as advertised. Unfortunately, when our order arrived, both drinks were missing. To make matters worse, the delivery driver offered us his own fruit shoots as a replacement, which was kind but didn’t solve the issue.

The process to correct the order was frustrating. We had to contact Uber Eats ourselves to request a refund, as Burger King didn't provide a quick solution. Overall, this experience highlighted poor service and a lack of attention to order accuracy, which made for an unsatisfactory...

Took myself and the wife there for a spot of lunch. 2 x veg whopper burger meals. Place was empty. Staff stood around not doing a lot. Took ages to get our food and they wasn’t busy. Every single table was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned or wiped for ages we struggled to find a clean table in a empty restaurant. Food finally came and the burgers was cold!! How could they be so cold when they had just been cooked. Very strange. Staff member decided to walk around and push a few chairs in but ignored all the filthy dirty tables.
