Greggs — Restaurant in Rochdale

Greggs is Greggs. Went in Thursday and was served fine. Went in again on Friday for my daughter who just wanted 1 chicken bake. A girl was serving another customer. I waited patiently for few mins to be served, a guy who was supposed to be serving was too busy to serve me and instead was talking to his mate who works at the Shell garage next door. When he did bother to come back to reality there was a queue, he proceeded to want to serve a guy next to me who happened to just finished picking his sandwiches, wanted to barge in and didn't want to serve me with an obvious queue behind me... ☹️ Makes me think twice about coming here again... It's a shame. I live in Middleton and visit my family (they live in Moston) and it's very convenient as we pass through. I just hope it's a one off but I don't think the staff knows how to treat customers who are oriental (like myself) good customer service as they made me feel different here. They even wanted to give my 1 order of bake to another customer! VERY HARD TO ORDER HERE IF...

It’s a franchise, so you pay more than you would at a normal Greggs. Pointless staying open until 18:00 if you don’t have anything left during opening hours, and putting the hot drinks machine on a clean 20 minutes before you...

Couldn't believe the price. They say it's because it's a franchise. More expensive Greggs at Victoria station and that's a prime location not stuck at the side of a petrol...
