I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pandora Indian Restaurant, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment my party and I stepped through the doors, we were greeted warmly by Wasibur, the manager, whose impeccable service set the tone for the rest of the evening.

The food at Pandora was exceptional, with each dish bursting with authentic Indian flavors and expertly prepared using fresh ingredients. Whether it was the fragrant biryanis, the creamy butter chicken, or the spicy vindaloos, every bite was a delight to the senses.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting and cozy, with tasteful decor that added to the overall charm of the place. Soft lighting and ambient music created the perfect ambiance for a relaxed and enjoyable meal with friends or family.

What truly stood out, however, was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. From the moment we were seated to the moment we left, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable dining experience.

We booked here 2 weeks in advance for my birthday. When we got there we were seated at the bar and waited 35 minutes to be seated after witnessing 2 walk ins being seated as we entered. We were told they were waiting for the people on our table to move. We did request to sit in one of the booths as it was a special occasion but was seated on one of the side tables which I understand as there were only 3 of us but I could see there was a booth with 3 people in front of us? Our order was eventually taken after getting the young waiters attention but he was not very patient had to correct his order a few times due to him rushing, our starter came with the main (wondered why we waited so long) we did specifically tell the waiter a few times we wanted the side as a shared starter between us, the manager did deduct this from our bill. When confirming the order back to us he missed one main meal off. The main meals were very nice and reasonably priced, but after our experience I felt very disappointed as we travelled miles and did not feel welcome. I feel the seating plan could be managed a lot better and the waiters need training as this was not acceptable behaviour towards paying customers. Cash or bank...

ALL STYLE AND NO SUBSTANCE

Me and my partner went on Saturday night. Waited a little while even when we booked a table. Many left saying thank you and how great the food was. When we got to our table we felt rushed to quickly order and had to ask our waiter to give us a few minutes as we'd not even looked at the menu yet. Ordered a Coke and a mocktail which had more ice than anything else but it was nice. Starters were absolutely gorgeous and packed full of flavour and felt like a firework in my mouth however, when the mains came, we expected the same again with flavours but unfortunately it was just soo bland. The garlic naans smelt nice but just didn't taste of anything. The place was packed and felt like you couldn't really move your seat for people passing you. Music was much too loud where we was sat and had to raise our voices above the rest to have a conversation. Decor was great with a modern look for anyone wanting their Instagram pics I'm sorry but we was really looking forward to coming here as recommend by a few friends and it was just disappointing.
