This is the fourth time in a month I’ve had an issue with this KFC branch and I am beyond fed up. I keep ordering KFC no mayo and no lettuce for my kids through the KFC app because that’s what my picky eaters want, and the option is there for a reason. And every single time, they either ignore the instructions or get the order wrong. It’s ridiculous that a big brand like KFC can’t get something so simple right, time after time. What’s the point of offering customisation on the app if your staff don’t bother to read it? Either train them properly or take the option down. On top of that, I now have to open and check my entire bag at collection because items are always missing or wrong. It’s embarrassing as a customer to feel like you can't trust your order will be correct.
Food quality? 10/10. Customer service? Absolutely shocking — 0/10.

Even the colour 1 piece perfectly white the other grey as hell .. spent 30 quid on food and it even put my misses of hers so now she won’t finish her other half of her burger.
