McDonald's — Restaurant in Rotherham

I've just had the worst experience ever at this restaurant with the manageress and the just eat ordering system.. hence to say I will never use this restaurant again I'm to upset at way we was spoke to at the moment but will be sharing a full review tomorrow

A TERRIBLE RESTAURANT AND MANAGERESS DO NOT USE YOU WILL GET ABBUSED.

I used this restaurant alot usually the drive thro spending around £45 a week for myself and as a treat for the kids at the weekend but never again myself and my partner have had problems in the past ordering on just eat one of the times the order didnt turn up at all but the restaurant said it had been delivered .hence we decided to try them again .

Last night we placed an order and was given a time slot the order didnt arrive in the given time so I rang the restaurant jokingly I asked if they had been busy and said could I speak with a manager a lady spoke to me saying she was the manageress I explained could I collect our order because I didnt have alot of time and she said yes come in. when I got there the restaurant was empty and she said the order had been ready for half an hour I laughted and said could I have refund then because it would be cold then she tried to blame the just eat driver saying it was there fault I hadn't got the order even though it said on track the driver he was at the restaurant she declined me a refund at which point I lost my cool and demanded one then unbelievably my partner said david they've just delivered it. I drove home to find:

I went to Mcdonalds with my neice, son and daughter. I ordered two fishfinger happy meals and two fillet o fish meals. At the beggining of my order i stated clearly i wanted everything made from scratch fresh. The staff seemed awkward as soon as i asked for this. The woman told me it would take time. She said this with attitude. Then she shouted to her manager that we want them fresh and she told us we would have to wait but we 'didnt care'. We then parked up in bay 1 and waited for 20 minutes. I then moved to a parking space once we recieved our meals as my son had been invited to a birthday party and there was not enough time to go home. I didnt mind the wait until i opened my fishfinger happy meal and it was stale like it was made 3 days before. I was ill so i asked my neice to get out of the car as she had worked in mcdonalds to have a word with them. As she got out she stood on the body kit of my car and it broke off completely. I told the manager when he came out that we would have driven off and not had to get out of the car had our meals been fresh and the kit wouldnt have broke. He replied saying it was meant to happen so i said thats like saying i stand infront of a bus if im meant to get hit i am. His body language was very rude and he said he could not compensate for it and it wasnt his problem. I was so angry and put off my food i put it in the mcdonalds bin and drove off. This is not the first time this has happened and i will NEVER come here again. If i could score zero stars i would. The manager needs training on how to treat customers and maybe his staff will then treat customers...

This restaurant is awful and dangerous. They get it wrong every single time, so I now always wait to check the food order at the drive thru before leaving. This time, I checked and everything looked normal. Ordered a vegetable deluxe. Got home, opened the vegetable deluxe box, took a bite and swallowed. As I was chewing the second bite I noticed it didn't look like a veggie burger. To my horror, I noticed that they had put a chicken burger in a vegetable deluxe box. I spat it out and vomited. Haven't eaten meat in over thirty years and it made me very ill. I can understand forgetting an apple pie or an extra fries, but putting a chicken burger in a veg deluxe box (after we had to park up and wait for 10m for the veggie item to be cooked fresh) to me is clearly deliberate. That, or their food handling protocols are shockingly bad.

Avoid at all costs. I emailed to make a formal complaint and they sent me two vouchers for a medium meal. The response was an absolute joke, they claimed an hour after I submitted the complaint online to the central inbox that all staff in the restaurant had been spoken to and reminded of food safety protocols which is so clearly a lie. I don't want compensation or money as I will never be back. I want them to take this seriously as if somebody is allergic it could be incredibly dangerous. This McDonalds should be closed down and it has been reported to food...
