Since they moved to current location and change of hands the service have dropped drastically.

Previous premises, I gave them a 5 star review - for friendly service and good food. More like a family dinner.

New restaurant, absolutely appalling customer service; rude, no manners and close to racist to anyone other than people from the same ethnic background as the staff there.

Been there a few times in the past couple of months and have witnessed and experienced poor service and racism. Unbelievable that I have to say this in this country this day and age. Recent visit, I stood by the order point, young lady was busy prepping. Stood there for a few minutes like I was invincible. Then a Napalese gentleman came and stood by me and was immediately served. Utterly disgraceful.

This was my first visit after seeing their TikTok video, and I must say, the Mitayee is absolutely to die for—so fresh and juicy! I tried the samosa as well, and thank goodness (Allah ka shuker hai) someone truly understands authentic flavours. The pakoras, samosas, and tikki were all bursting with flavours. The biryani was tasty, fresh, and served in huge portions.

Avoid this place!

honestly don't know what we did to them to be so rude and unpleasant about our visit. No basic manners like please and thank you. Even when I paid. We felt very judged and definitely uncomfortable not sure what we did. Due to this we most likely will avoid.

It's a shame cos the tea was very nice and affordable price.

Place need to be re decorated or something because it is horrendous. Also, the facilities isn't very clean.
