A small cosy looking restaurant with around 20 to 30 covers max. To begin with, we arrived on a very cold evening to a pre-booked table for 8 of us. Friendly waiter, no music so very little by way of atmosphere. Ordered some pre starters of olives, cheese, bread along with some red wine. No attempt was made to make it look appealing or appetising. Cheese had been clearly just removed from the fridge pre sliced and covered with cling film and put on the table. Same with the bread french sticks sliced and placed in a bowl. The room was very cold and we had to request on several occasions to either turn on the heating or else turn the temp up. Despite having a rather small menu,was surprised to discover much of it not available! Plates were literally freezing.had to request waiter to heat the plates before serving food. Various dishes were ordered and served.the seafood dishes were most tasty. Other dishes were fairly basic. The lack of heating and music clearly spoiled the event. Won't be going back. Parking is a major issue.
