Simpsons Pizza (Cradley Heath) — Restaurant in Sandwell

Not sure what all the complaints about but I have been ordering from here since I moved here 4 years ago. I get take out about 1-2 times a month? And I have never had any issues at all! Their pizza is absolutely amazing and the SPICY WINGS?! TO DIE FOR! LIKE I WOULD SELL MY SOUL FOR THEM! Honestly. I repeat my order and at this point I think they know who I am just by the order 😂 The driver is always lovely and food is delivered faster than I think Though I do wish they had zinger/spicy chicken burgers! They have the ingredients to make them from the spicy wings, and it would replace my standard chicken burger (which is also delicious) but for now, I'll keep ordering my same order and ordering from here Simpsons pizza, your doing great! Waited an hour and half for my order to arrive!! Ordered at 19:25 and didnt recive till 21:00. Phoned them to ask where my order was, didn't answer my call at all. Answered on second attempt, saying they were 5 to 10 mins away. Order eventually came but delivery person was rude and very unprofessional towards me, shaking his finger towards me as I had called them where my order was. Rude and very poor customer service. Food was not even good, chicken wings were dry, cheese garlic bread was burnt, burger and chips were soggy! Will not be ordering...

Absolutely disgusting business ate the food about 9pm Saturday night was up with severe stomach pains also my daughter was up with severe stomach pains by 3am Sunday morning then none stop puking & Diahia we were so poorly went hospital and found out it was food poisoning we are still poorly today 😢 😞 I'm glad my 3 year old didn't eat it cus it would have definitely put her in hospital on a drip. UBER eats won't even help so I'm reporting it to trading standards...
