The Hailstone Restaurant — Restaurant in Sandwell

This is my favourite place to get a curry and by far the tastiest of all restaurants in the area. The flavours in the food are just out of this world - other restaurants just can’t match the quality and flavours seen at the Hailstones.

Perfect for a takeaway or to sit in restaurant (lots of ample space and car parking). It is not licensed so you can take your own alcohol but it sells soft drinks onsite. The prices are great for the quality of food you receive.

The waiter service is very friendly and attentive - Mia is always very friendly, as are the other gentlemen.

The owner is an incredibly nice man and values all of his customers. He will take the time to get to know his guests if regulars and this is what makes the service even more special.

This is by far the best place for a curry...

I ordered my Friday take out from here yesterday. I ordered based on the good reviews here and on just eat. So I feel bad that my experience wasn’t up to par with everyone else. The service was quick and the staff friendly hence the two stars. But the food let them down so badly. I ordered the special biryani it was meant to come with a sauce....it was missing. The naan was still doughy and the garlic was barely there. My wife had the chicken tikka masala but instead of a thick creamy sauce she just had red thin slop. I really wanted this to be as good as everyone had said it was. Perhaps the hype was too high, or maybe they had a cover chef in or something. Ultimately I spent £20 on disappointment.

Top quality food during my takeaway experience.

My sister-in-law placed the order so i can't comment on that.

There is a car park round the back of the restaurant and some parking out the front for collection.

Upon entering the restaurant the staff were welcoming. The restaurant appeared clean and everyone inside looked to be enjoying the ambience.

I was a little late in collecting the food and was reminded of that sharply by what appeared to be a supervisor or manager of some sort.

There was ample food that was still lovely and warm by the time I got back to my house.

If you are looking for a takeaway experience I can definitely recommend...
