Rowley bar and grill I have to say is out favourite pub. We have a family treat and come here end of every month for a slap up gorge. They place is lovely, nice and big with plenty of tables and they cater for big bookings which we did once for a family function of about 30 of us. It has a great selection of drinks at a reasonable price and the bar staff are always pleasant and chatty. Food is pure fantastic. I'm lost for choice when I go as so many great dishes plus the portions are massive. None of us can ever finish but they do let you take leftovers home which is great save it going in the bin. My wife and son are vegitarian and theres plenty of choice for them and also for vegans as we took my vegan friend the once and was some good options for her to try. Serving staff are nice and empty plates and glasses are always taken out the way. We always get a warm welcome and people asking how we are doing. How much respect is given to me as a customer I can see why it is so popular. Had a good feast there last nite and will be back again end of next month...

My second time visiting here and every time the food has been amazing! Some of the best curries I have ever tried (and I have tried a few places being a foodie).

Me and my boyfriend ordered a korma, chicken tikka masala, garlic fried rice, chilli battered chips (these are honestly some of the best chips I have ever eaten!!) and cheesy garlic naan. All of the food tasted insane - cooked to perfection, rich in flavour and generous portions! We both agreed the chilli battered chips are something we are going to be ordering every single time when we next visit.

There are boxes available to take away food if you cannot finish your meal.

The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Variety of drinks available at the bar (although the Pepsi max on tap is abit too flat for my personal liking).

I did forget to take photos of the food (I was starving) but it's just even more excuse to visit again for more delicious food!

Small and free car park available. Clean toliet...

Fancied a lunchtime curry and glad we stopped off for the first time at The Rowley. Nice characterful place, friendly staff, decent food and well kept beer. The biryani is superb and a nice addition to excellent Chicken Tikka and wings. Free poppadoms were a bonus too and look forward to visiting again. Updated June 25. We've returned regularly since and The Rowley is always good value and serves up very good food. Never an issue. Still free poppadoms and speedy service! Clay pot chicken is now a firm favourite order. Plenty of creamy sauce to mop up with naan or dip the battered masala chips in! Nice pub too with darts and plenty of screens to watch the sport. Parking is limited, but we've never had a problem finding a spot around the corner where the view is a bonus too, especially at dusk. I'd safely say it's one of the best Mixey/Desi pubs in...

Went for the first time today for lunch... It definitely won't be my last!! The staff were very friendly, even spent a bit of time having a chat with us at various points during our meal. The place is stunning, looks brand new and modern inside, the place is spotless as well! The food is next level!! We had two starters and two mains, the portions were massive, there was no way we could finish, the staff were more than happy to box it up for us to take home. Pricewise, it's extremely good value for money. I'm looking forward to going back already!
