What a find! This was a wonderful stop for us on our way back to Stirling from the Cairngorms after we'd baulked at the high prices of other lunch stops around the area (House of Braur, I'm talking about you!) Other than missing the place the first time we drove past, we realised the entrance for parking was down the slope to the side of the Logierait Inn. There's loads of parking and it's all flat and free. We were warmly welcomed and offered a table right by the gorgeous log fire which was just what we needed. I was tempted by the stunning cake display full of homemade treats (confirmed by the owner herself!) but my partner went for the savory lunch option of a nice sandwich with plenty of salad and crisps. We got a side of fries too and they were very generous on the portion and they were so yummy and fresh! The food was very well made and reasonably priced (I highly recommend the carrot cake!). The owners chatted to us throughout our visit without being at all overwhelming - they are kind, passionate folk who are proud of their business and hopeful that it will get more popular as their reviews and reputation builds. We pass by this point on the A9 often as we visit family and friends in the north and we never know where to stop for food or to do some remote working on our laptops but we'll definitely be using this place every time from now on! We mentioned remote working/working from home but at their cafe and the owners were very welcoming of the idea so if you're looking for a place to enjoy a few hours office work away from the boring house, do pop in here! They have lots of power sockets to plug in and...

The staff have always been friendly and accommodating whenever we have been in making sure we have got everything we need.
Great outside eating area as well great for dogs and get the sun well.
With the original building been quite old it’s amazingly well kept from the outside and inside, it feel like it has characteristics from when it was first build.
Would definitely recommend to anyone who passing by or thinking...
Read moreReally wonderful cosy coffee stop just off the A9. The owners are so friendly, really feel taken care of - lovely cake and sandwiches, and kept us warm next to their wood burning stove
Prices are good, food tastes great and portions are a good size. But really can't emphasize how nice the owners are and how much you should go by just to say hello.
Asked about using the cafe as a spot to work remotely from e.g. on laptops, and they said it'd be no problem, they've got power sockets next to the tables that you can use and free WiFi
Well worth stopping by, it's really close to Pitlochry and you get much more for...
