Perfect 5 star for me. Staff welcoming and engaging. Food presentation so fancy and equally tasty. Time efficiency is impeccable without being intrusive with customers having control with the service device that is provided on every table. You are given a choice to sit anywhere,reserved tables excluded. Men’s toilet is quirky fun located a floor below road level next to the women’s. The is a disabled toilet on the dining area level. Menu is extensive and so is the pudding section. My favourite is Julia’s cheesecake with fruit topping and sticky toffee pudding with caramel sauce given in generous serves. Arrived at 11am after a 4hr journey, needed a coffee and was tempted by the scones. A very smiley, helpful lady took our order returning soon with lovely coffee & well presented scones. The cheese one came with cheese, the first time ever I've had this automatically without requesting and it really makes the difference. Friendly, courteous and welcoming owners. Nothing is too much trouble and the food and coffee is brilliant. Great attention to detail, which is reflected in the delicious taste! Very reasonably priced. Recommend to all!!!

PS I don’t know why anyone would ever think it was morally acceptable to pitch up and eat their own food in someone else’s restaurant. Plus have the cheek to use their facilities, then leave a rude review. So sorry the owners had to go through that, especially as they are such kind &...
