Beth Brownings Bakery — Restaurant in Scotland

Well today I went in and asked for a roll and steak slice and was greeted with a puzzled look from the server..I got a roll n slice and was burnt and 🥶 cold, the coffee from the machine is weak but passible..the shop front looks clean but I would fire the cook, when I seen it was Beth Browning's I thought would be ok as there normally good but this a disappointment, please I recommend..prove me wrong..we seem to live in a time where nobody gives a cluck..but when it comes to food there should be a standard , I would have taken cold roll back but I had a job to do..your ready this cook..have some desire to serve decent food as there's plenty of competition...

Prices are through the roof for standard snack grub, roll n sausage and bacon £3.50.a customer came in and ordered a pie and beans and they gave him a rhubarb tart and beans instead. You have to spend a minimum of £5 to use you card, I used to go in in the morning and order a roll and pay for two soups in order to get my bill above a fiver, take the roll and leave the two soups til lunch,paid for, then you go back at lunch for your soup only to get told there's no soup left, they've sold the lunch you've...

Ordered a roll and sausage with tattie scone, asked if I wanted sauce, replied yes , tomato. 2 mins later out comes a roll with burnt cold sausage, uncooked tattie scone and no sauce. Absolutely disgusting, only had 1 bite. How anyone thought what was in that roll was edible I will never know.Would have took it back but I was on the road. Also the only customer in the shop so being busy...
