Big Easi Burger Co. — Restaurant in Scotland

So I got the cheeseburger and had high expectations which sadly didn’t live up to them. I felt the burgers were bland and could use sone seasoning prior to cooking and didn’t have that chargrilled taste that one would expect. Gherkins would be better than tomato’s which makes the burger soggy . Personally I think making the burgers from scratch is the way forward and taste would be much better. Fries were also too much for me however just down to a preference rather than anything wrong with them. Shame really because I really wanted to like it as there is no decent burger joint for miles. Mayo was also awful and had a more vinergaret taste…come on guys I know u can do better than this . Great hopes for the place going forward and be good if reviews were considered going forward. Lovely burgers and for a speciality burger restaurant locally, that isn't a big corpo, I would say the price is fine, it's a small business that should be supported. Beats having to travel to Edinburgh or Glasgow for burgers of a similar nature. The S&P fries are quite hot, so if you aren't a fan of spice maybe choose one of the other options. The regular fries are seasoned nicely and the chef is very friendly. Will definitely be back to be support a local...

Absolutely class. We got the bronco burger meal, bacon cheeseburger burger meal and Mac and cheese - All of it fantastic. The burgers are massive and meat seasoned beautifully. It's always a risk splashing out a little extra from a maccy D's or chippy in case it's just another average burger that even some decent restaurants put out. But this place didn't disappoint, I promise you, and we'll be back without a doubt. Lovely folk running it too!...
