Ordered at 18:15 called at 19:20 to be told because we live in Crosshill they hold back orders until more come in for our this way!

Food eventually arrived at 19:36 (Label on bag said deliver at 7pm) and it is stone cold - absolutely shocking service. I myself done deliveries for many years and deliveries were never held back…if there was one in Saline or south Queensferry (from Kebab mahal in rosyth) they were never held, and we were sent with one delivery regardless! That’s why delivery further away costs more! Get you act together Bodrum….absolutely terrible service!!!!! We certainly will NOT be back! The only reason we have gone here the last couple of weeks is due to our usual shop being closed temporarily!

Kebabs at Bodrum are mediocre and salad heavy! The donner pizza...

Even though we requested no chilli sauce in my wife's chicken calzone they still made it with the sauce.

I ordered a hoagie calzone, which as per the attachment only has chips and donner meat with chilli sauce, apparently has onions as well. Even though it's not advertised.

After the polite young lady on the phone called the manager, he insisted that all calzones are made with onions.

If that's the case advertise it, otherwise make your food as it appears on your website. Only a matter of time before someone takes an allergic reaction and...

Best pizzas and chicken kebabs in Fife! Always hot on arrival and really good. Highly recommended. Myself and my partner have just been to turkey and I can honestly say their chicken Shish kebabs are better than there. We've just got back this morning and we ordered a Bodrum for our dinner as we were so hungry and probably lost about a stone each from being in turkey! Each to their own though! I'd highly recommend this...
