I was devastated to find that my favourite server from the Beath Inn (Tads) had departed from this journey and is now following a new path: working at the Kirk. I decided to deviate from my normal cowdenbeath pub crawl (beath inn, wee Jimmy's, beath inn, diamonds, beath inn) to give "the Kirk" a go. I am not lying when I say this is hands down the best pub in cowdenbeath. The prices are cheap, regulars are a delight and the bar staff are amazing. Like many other regular punters who have been socialising in the pub from the beginning have spoken very highly of Janet and how much she is missed. Always met us with a smile ☺ asked how we were if we hadn't been in for a bit. Respected by punters who are sadly no longer with us and that is many. There have been many good bar staff over the years that cannot be denied. Janet you are missed for the qualities you demonstrated in so many different ways. Lovely pub with good drinks and amazing staff. Was served by a self proclaimed “Kirk hunk” called Duncan who made me this otherworldly cocktail called a venom. After downing this green potion like drink I sat down and played some rock and roll bingo, which I hear my second favourite staff member from beath inns doing soon.
