Burger King — Restaurant in Scotland

I thought I'd try the much advertised vegetarian range of burgers. I had a bacon and cheese substitute effort. The picture showed the product brimming with lettuce and tomatoes. Looked rather appetising for junk food. It came in a bag with a soft drink and the usual Americanised chips. The burger was absolutely awful. Dry like it'd been sitting around for hours. No salad whatsoever. And those chips... Do they fry them in salt?? On the whole the food (that's being extremely generous) remains junk and it'll probably be another 20 years before I'll try any further...

Driving down from Scotland to Manchester, We decided to stop for something to eat. First off be prepared to pay, It is a service station after all. It was about 10.45am. I ordered a crispy chicken stack, chips with cheese and bacon bites with onion rings. Chips were stone cold, onion rings were only just cooked(Are they not meant to be crispy), burger was ok, bacon was not even cooked (put to one side). There was no other customers in there when we ordered on the booth….. 30 minutes later and we still hadn’t got our food (£20 for 2 meals) the guy stood there looking clueless turns out he gave our order to someone else so when he was asked to add fried to it after someone else had remade it he then stood there and gave it to someone else and tried to say he’d given it to us....
