Burger King — Restaurant in Scotland

Most disgusting Burger King I've ever had. It's rare for me to write a bad review, but this was truly ridiculous.

Firstly, I had to order at the till because you can't swap rocket for regular lettuce on the touch screens. This alone is merely an annoyance, but we were waiting ten minutes before even being able to order because the staff ignored us. I had to get somebody's attention because everyone was avoiding eye contact and rushing around the kitchen. I totally understand how it is working in a busy fast food place, I've done it. But to not even acknowledge us with a "we'll be with you in a few moments" is seriously rude.

I ordered a chicken steakhouse burger and a caesar chicken burger, both with lettuce instead of rocket. First, the caesar burger was put through as the beef one. Then it was remade but they forgot to swap the rocket for lettuce. That was for my son. Then when I came to eat my steakhouse chicken burger, the texture suggested the chicken wasn't fully cooked. It was vile and utterly inedible. After all the faff, my son was able to have his food but mine wasn't fit for human consumption. And that's with paying a whopping £26.28 for two regular meals.

I'll be avoiding this services when we travel in future. Poor service and poor quality food with a horrendous price tag. Burger King? More like...

It's a shame you can't give zero stars this place is a disgrace. Went with my partners children as a treat, they were really looking forward to burgers, when we arrived all the beef was sold out due to an issue so we had to order chicken burgers instead. I was asked if I wanted crispy onions with mine I said yes and asked for extra salad this was what I got. A peice of rock hard freezing cold chicken barely bigger than the palm of your hand, no onions, no salad I'm actually shocked it was even in a box the service in this place is that disgraceful. Save yourself the bother and don't eat here unless you are absolutely starving. Its not my nature to leave a negative review unless something is appallingly bad as you'll see from all my positive reviews. I went into Burger king in Bromley on the 23rd of May 2015 at 1602 (i have the receipt . I was shocked that the Toilet did not have any paper in it to pass feaces, i complained to the manager,as i would be stuck in the toilet without any toilet paper / he did apologise. the only problem was that the upstairs toilet was closed also , when i asked the staff why i was told that the toilet had just been cleaned and it was to stay closed, i found this shocking one toilet permanently closed the other no toilet paper.
