There is plenty of disabled car parking, designated area for lorries and another for campers/caravans. Electric charging points can be found round the outside edge of the car park for those wishing to charge their cars. The whole building is wheelchair accessible. It's smaller than most but has everything you need, a Starbucks, fast food, a restaurant area and the usual drinks/sweets/sandwich/souvenir shop. There are plenty of toilets but sometimes, when busy, there'sthere's a small wait. I think it even has a shower room for a charge. The scenery is beautiful and on a nice day most people choose to eat by their cars on the grassy area, but watch out as those with dogs also use this patch. If you need to stop for the night there's the usual Premier Inn type establishment off to the side. Getting back onto the motorway or the road to Edinburgh is easy and well signposted. Read moreVery expensive as you would expect from motorway services burger King and chopsix are really nice places to eat but the times listed online that they close are wrong burger King closes at 10pm and chopsix 8pm but best to get to chopsix early as they run out of things close to closing time. Starbucks is very expensive and the staff were more interested in having there own conversation with each other than serving a large cue and I had to ask 3 separate staff for sugar before I actually got any from someone who basically ignored me while giving me them while continuing his conversation with other staff. Whsmiths is incredibly expensive and the staff didn't so any sign of good customer service the only reason I gave a higher rating is due to burger King who have great customer service and the food is always fresh and nice. Read more“The Good Breakfast” I think not, the potion size was fine, the tomatoes were out a tin, the mushrooms rehydrated, the bacon like a brick, the egg overcooked, the hash browns acceptable, the sausage undercooked, tge beans no juice at all tye black pudding tye worst ever and weirdly enough nothing had any flavour at all, so what gives them the right to call themselves “The Good Breakfast” they did refund the £10.49, the staff are and right so, embarrassed, my gosh give them quality ingredients and allow them to actually cook rather than having to get tomatoes out a tin and to use bland rehydrated mushrooms, it’s not rocket science to cook ACTUAL fresh food, you aught to be ashamed...
