My friend and I are from near Glasgow, and travelled up to falkirk area for an event. We arrived a lot earlier than expected and decided to find somewhere to get out of the rain and have a few drinks. After a Quick Look at Google maps we seen that Ceasers palace was the closest walk, which is what lead us to come here. It seemed like a “wee local” but we didn’t mind. As you will know, there is very much a pub regular culture in Scotland, and let me tell you we were made to feel like we had been coming to this pub for years. They were more than accomplished to our picky eating requests and I’m not even being dramatic when I say that I had the best chicken and chips of my life in this pub. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment to anyone in the area, or not. I would in all honestly do the 2 and a half hour trek from home to come back to this pub in the future. Thank you to all the...
Read moreWhere to start!! We have been here load’s before the kitchen closed for renovation & food was previously amazing, today was our 1st time back from the kitchen reopened & I was extremely disappointed that the food was beyond disgusting, it was actually vile the worst meal Iv ever had in a restaurant. I never normally describe a restaurant as vile but I actually can’t describe how bad the food was…extremely disappointing is an understatement, just under £90 & hardly anyone touched their food sent back full plates & not once did the staff ask was there anything wrong with the food… obviously...
