I ordered a birthday cake over the phone on Monday to collect Saturday. My daughter picked it up and the name on cake was spelt wrong. The assistant who I believe was Mairi(name on receipt ) was argumentative and moaning about phone orders.She was almost blaming us ,the customer for the mistake. Her attitude was disgusting and I was intending to buy much more from the shop but took the cake and walked out in disgust and shock. She needs customer service training asap!!!...

Me and my family LOVE the bakeries goodies 🤩 and had the pleasure of having all our stuff delivered when the shop was closed. We've shopped in the bakery for years. It makes it more of a pleasant experience when the staff taking phone orders are polite, friendly and patient when you're ordering for 4 people and have the option of paying separately.
