I asked a very simple request and was told they cannot do that. So they can make coffee but cannot stir the syrup through the coffee. This is during the lockdown period and want to hand out items which could be contaminated. Every single other costa coffee I have been to including this one has in the past had zero issues with such a simple request. My review is not based on the coffee, its great hence why I go so often. Its based on the piss poor customer service from one single individual who had an attitude problem. Even the management in her place has done this. Its not difficult to do, there is no health and safety issues to stop it. Bishopbriggs no problem, Strathkelvin no problem, braehead no problem, livingston guess what...no problem and the various service stations around the country...Not a problem! Train your staff so they know a simple request should not be followed with "i cant do that" Update: since this encounter, the staff have been pleasant and offered assistance in any way possible. The revamp of the place is stunning as well.

A classic Costa experience! My wife and I visited for morning coffee, and as always, the service was quick, friendly, and efficient. I ordered my go-to cappuccino, freshly made and perfectly hot, just the way I like it. I also used the Costa app to collect points, which are great for earning perks like free coffee. The store had a warm, inviting vibe with cozy seating and big windows letting in plenty of natural light. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a quality coffee.

These Costas at retail parks all have the same building, slightly futuristic looking. This one in Robroyston retail park sells all the usual range of Costa products, with the hot drinks, cakes, biscuits and paninis, tried and tested products but they could give them some individualism, something different to whet the imagination

Coffee was great as always. Service is shocking. More interested in servicing online orders than in-store customers. Waited almost 25 minutes. Absiolute disgrace. I agree that businesses need to diversify in the current climate but if you are going to allow customers in then please have the staff to service them. I cannot see online customers in the queue so when I see one customer instore then I reasonably think that the maximum time Im waiting is 5 or 10 minutes. I will be finding an alternative for my mornimg coffee...

Closes at 17.00pm shops all around still open till 19.00. It's Saturday and everything else is busy. Enter Costa at 16.50 ordered coffe and cake waited 3mins then sat down to eat cake to be told time to leave exactly on 17.00pm. Then they started telling everyone else round about in cafe to leave as it's 17.00pm and we are closed. How rude but even more pathetic is that everything else in retail park is open till 19.00pm. certainly wont ever use this Costa fortune place ever again not even if I...
