Nice, fairly large Costa and a good place to rest when on a retail expedition. Only slight downside is the lack of soft seating, but I think this is to ensure that can seat more people. The place was clean when we visited, although I didn't see the tables being emptied whilst we we were there. The staff were very nice and clearly experienced, so the drinks were done quickly and were perfect. Certainly as good as any Costa I gave had. We visited on the Easter Bank holidays so it was reasonably busy, but the staff ensured the queues weren't there for long and we soon got a seat. I would recommend.

Busy coffee shop in Sterling Mills Outlet store. Usual Costa menu and staff are friendly and efficient. Tables cleared quickly, and usually always a spare seat, even when it’s busy.

exited finding out coffee was 50p, unfortunate not to get. App stated outlet unavailable, customers informed closed and doors locked by lassie at 17.45 😔

Generally a good Costa. I'd say majority of staff are fine but recently we've noticed one staff member being particularly rude on more than one occasion. She thought it was more important to clean the table we were already sitting down at with a heavy tray (expecting me to get up again with it although I said it was fine and was i clearly needing a rest) and being quite rude about it while then squirting detergent near our food and drink madly cleaning the bit of table she could see, but it looked fine to me. Just inappropriate. Cleaning obviously is welcomed but not in that manner and didn't put us first - just her own agenda. It's the service that people often remember so she's letting it down. Outside seating area is nice in the better weather, so would still recommend and at least one member of staff is very very nice so maybe...

Ordered Decaffeinated small latte for my husband. Tasted like hot milk and not coffee. Took it back and asked about lack of taste to be told by staff " well it's Decaffeinated!" Hmm then told me they only put one shot of decaffeinated coffee in latte! They made another coffee and I saw them prepare the coffee with one side of the machine pour the coffee into the cup and the other side pour down the drain!? That doesn't make sense. The second decaffeinated latte still tasted of only hot milk? Have had decaffeinated latte at other stores and coffee has been lovely. In fact ordered decaffeinated latte at Stirling store and tasted lovely. I questioned staff about how they made it to be told they use 2 shots. So quite easy answer, Tillicoultry need to review the way they...

I've sat and contemplated this, for, two days now, on what to say about this 'Costa'. Having visited it on Sat (29th Oct). The coffee as usual was good (no surprise there), however, the staff could do with lessons in 'smiling', the ones that were on offer, were forced, plastic and unconvincing. The manager looked, as they all do these days, still learning their alphabet ( is that ageism?). The premises were cleanish, but could be better- these days I look at the seat part of the furniture I'm about to sit on, as they can , well, be pretty stained. Not a good showing by Costa. Oh, and if the coffee is not expensive enough, you don't even get a free biscuit ('lotus' or...
