Dell Anitas — Restaurant in Scotland

Extremely rude staff. We were sitting outside and had bought a few drinks but brought our own sandwiches as we had been out cycling. The guy rudely told us we cant eat food from elsewhere at his cafe. He even went as far as taking my friends seat off her! I mean there is a way to speak to people. Zero diplomacy and customer service. If we had been spoken to nicely we might have went inside and bought some food but the way we were spoken to wasnt nice at all. I visited this so called Cafe last week and not only got a long black hair in my soup and sandwich. The next day I came down with food poisoning. I never ate anything else all day as I was snowed under with work. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!at all costs as i know I will be. I spoke to a colleague also who said the kitchen needs a good clean.
