Had my wedding reception here but wedding planner never put us in for a discount, so wedding reception & no disco, thanks to Joanne & bar staff who put jukebox on, but felt very let down, the ladies toilets were broken, there was a big plastic tub sitting in the middle of the ladies bathroom, wouldn't book there again, it's a shame cause...

Very disappointing experience. I witnessed racist behavior from other customers, which was deeply disturbing. Even more concerning, staff did nothing to intervene and instead asked the victim to leave. Additionally, there were people openly using drugs in the toilets. This place felt unsafe and poorly managed. I would strongly recommend...
