Domino's Pizza - Glasgow - Newton Mearns — Restaurant in Scotland

I probably would like to share this experience with general public and would appreciate others genuine comments. I have been having domino's pizza for a while now. But over the last couple of years, the quantity of toppings has decreased steadily to a point that now you really have to look for the pieces of toppings on your pizza. And this is common to all the domino's branches. I usually get my pizza from 5 outlets in two different cities, but sadly it's same story everywhere. My favourite pizza is chicken tandoori hot and my set preference is no mushrooms but extra chicken in place of mushrooms. Even with double chicken toppings request, its hard to find chicken. Yesterday I ordered my usual from Newton Mearns branch and took it home. Once home, I was really shocked to look at the pizza. I could hardly see any chicken. Took it back and asked the counter staff. The guy at the counter was very professional and I asked him if it was an error, but he confirmed that the toppings were correct amount - double chicken and explained that the number of pieces of toppings are regulated by their superiors. No doubt they made me another pizza where I could actually see the chicken toppings. But my point is that how many times do you want to fight for simple things and how many times you have the energy to drive back. And then there are horror stories of employees spitting on your food before serving (if you moan a lot). Not naming any particular chain. I have attached a photo of the "double chicken topping" pizza here. I leave it up to the masses to decide whether they agree with me or not. I am sure there will be people who would say that for God's sake it's just an effing pizza. But it's a question of falling standards and the notion that people will just keep...

Awful! The website is confusing so you end up ordering pizza and dips only. Instead of the pizza and sides deal! So beware! The pizza arrived cold and under cooked! It was one of the worse pizza’s I’ve ever had! When I called to complain about the missing sides the person just hung up on me! So avoid! I paid almost £28. for a large veggie pizza , 2 small dips and delivery! The pizza was awful and the dips useless! A real con! But judging from the rudeness of the staff, I think I’m not the first to be scammed via the Domino’s website! Never again! Ordered in store for collection and returned 15 mins later as suggested. I stood with other customers waiting and my pizza was showing as ready. I stood waiting for 5 minutes after seeing my pizza being put on the heated rack. I asked again if it was ready and got no reply. I then asked 2 other members of staff and was ignored and not answered. I was eventually given my pizza and let the staff know that I thought their customer service was terrible and should be ashamed of themselves. Another customer who stood for at least 5 minutes before even being acknowledged shared his agreement with me. I will definitely never use this store again, staff couldn’t care less.
