Called up to order a collection the phone was answered with Amanda shouting and laughing and saying straight away “wait two mins” phone went down i could hear her joking and laughing away ect with others then serves another coustomer comes back to the phone and says “wits ur number” i responded with my number to her saying “hold on” again i waits while shes shouting in the shop again she comes back to the phone “wits ur number” to then i explain i want to speak to the manager she response with “theres no manager here only me and two lithuanian guys and im in charge” im like surly no lol i then ask for her name that how i know its Amanda and i ended the call !! Glad i ordered somewhere else !! I work in fast food and id never answer the phone like that or treat paying customers the way this girl did shocking shop sounded hetic because of a loud mouth girl and i wasnt even in it god 🤦🏼‍♀️ Hope someone gives this girl a boot up the arse in her manners 🤨🤷🏻‍♀️ Been put off wont order from...

I visited here last week ordered extra large pizza and garlic Nan bread the guy behind counter asked if I could bring my car round to the back of the shop and if I had an estate car.

As we arrived at back of shop the guy asked if I could fold the seat down on my car and I said yes, he then came out of the shop with another co-worker both holding a pizza that must have been 2 meters wide and 3 metres long I told him something is not right with this order but the continued to load the pizza into the back of the car.

As I argued with them that this was all wrong they handed me the card machine which showed an amount of £178.99 which I disagreed with but the kept on saying “extra large extra large sir” I decided to pay the balance and when I asked about garlic Nan they handed be a loaf of hovis bread with a garlic sellotaped to the top of it.

Anyway pizza ended being good tasting so I would say 3 stars...

I placed my order online around 5.30pm for delivery at 8pm. Driver called me at 6pm for delivery and I said I ordered for 8pm. He said it was not a problem, he would have been back. Guess what?
