Waited 24 minutes in store on a coffee and a doughnut. The server was literally giving out more attitude than she was food.

I don’t learn though, I’ve been about three times before and whilst the waits not been quite that bad previously, it’s been longer than it needed to be (and I’m patient) but it’s been substandard quality and they’ve most times got the order wrong too. I should know better.

This recent visit and camping trip It wasn’t lunch time or evening, just mid morning. Managed to just about get out of the place before any dinner time folk arrived. Hope they’ve told their family they won’t be back home for Christmas.

The worst place for service (for any fast food/coffee place) which is a shame as the Belfast one was pretty good. Steinhouse is a disaster. I said to the server about the wait time. They just looked at me. Wondered if they were frozen in time and that’s what had happened during my order. Turns out they just couldn’t care.

The franchise holder should stand and wait to get served. With large chains like this, it’s unusual that on multiple visits the waits been a lot longer than usual.

First visit to drive through my friend ordered bacon and egg muffin, got sausage and egg. 2nd visit inside waited 15mins for a take out coffee (after 15 minutes I queried why it was taking so long) 3rd visit tables and bin area were over flowing with rubbish. Giving it benefit of doubt as it's newly opened going to have some teething problems. However the toilets were filthy. No way there cleaned on a daily basis. I wouldn't expect how dirty it was to be possible from amount of time they've been open (2days at this point) 4th and probably final visit today. We had a big order so expected a bit of a wait. 2 items we wanted from menu weren't in stock and staff have very little knowledge of items for sale. Noticed there was a bacon muffin missing from the order approx 2 mins after being given receipt said to a member of staff so they could make it along side my existing order and they said that wasn't possible I'd need to queue again to order the one item missing from a table of 7 and then wait on my item separate from the others and put through as another order after a queue of about 10 people in front. Won't be hurrying back...

Called into Tim Hortons at Stenhousemuir this morning August 25th. Tables were not being cleaned at all after each patron had left and tables were absolutely filthy with tea and coffee spillage and flies on tables crawling over left over unused food. The standard of hygiene was NIL so I complained to 2 staff members to be told that we are short staffed. I went onto explain about basic hygiene protocol and the dire consequences of this not been done especially with a international pandemic of COVID 19 !!! Interestingly all the staff appear to be under 21 which means that the operating overheads are lower for minimal wage etc.

It is time that the owners of this business start a training programme to include the old saying CLEANLINESS IS NEXT TO GODLINESS !!!

NO WONDER WE ARE HAVING SPIKES OF COVID 19 ALL OVER SCOTLAND when we are having disgraceful hygiene practice like this in our eating out places.

FALKIRK COUNCIL SHOULD BE PAYING THIS PLACE A VISIT AND SHUTTING IT DOWN TO IT SORTS OUT ITS HYGENE TRAINING AND...
