Our first visit we were impressed with the size of the cafe unfortunately they're still practising safe covid seating so seating inside a bit all over the place. Only one staff member behind the counter, so things were a bit on the slow side, although he was very welcoming and helpful, and whilst being under pressure, he was polite and efficient.

With the current social distance mandates etc... they have a good system setup, food is still fast (and great tasting as always) plus behind the masks, you can see the staff are as happy and welcoming as always

Pretty expensive food. BUT! If it supports the bike centre then I'll gladly pay the prices 😀 The staff were nice and the cafe is always clean regardless of how many numpties come in covered in mud! Top marks.

Great venue for a party, wedding reception, or any other type of reception you want to cater for. I was at a 50th wedding anniversary party & it was fabulous. The food was amazing & the staff were fab. It has such a lovely backdrop & it has huge glass windows 3/4 quarters of the way round. It's very private at night so no others around & your free to walk about outside. During the day it is a cafe for the cyclists that use the glentress forest cycle runs, or for walkers who just fancy a cuppa & some lunch after a walk through the forest or a go on the Go Ape treetops adventure. Their are other facilities there for the cyclists as well to have a wash or wash their bikes down. Go try it you won't be disappointed. All food types...

Disappointing experience, menu was unappealing, only healthy option was soup and very limited gluten free options. The best on the menu was restricted to breakfast before 1130, we arrived after 1400 (why is this always the case). When our food came it was burnt and was clearly just reheated. The burger and hot dog buns were dry and had a stale texture. The kids didn’t even eat many chips. Staff were pleasant and hard working, menu and cooking needs a lot more thought. Arguably the best mtb location in the UK, with a very poor cafe. Next time we’ll head...

After paying too much for a poor quality lunch I was given a number and asked to take a seat. Despite the cafe being pretty quiet ALL tables had remnants of previous lunches on them which I did not want to share. I asked for the table to be cleared prior to bringing my food when a millennial staffer told me it wasn't his problem. I explained as a staff member who had just taken my money I would like and expect it to be his problem but he simply stated he would not argue with me and walked away. The most unpleasant food experience I have...
