Read moreStood around like a spare tool whilst the only server took his time making a roll and bacon and didn't even acknowledge the cue that's there. Ended up being served by someone else who came round. The server scraped the vegan steak bake off the tray. Worst greggs I've ever had as it seems like they didn't wash the trays and instead just put greaseproof paper on top of dirty trays. The bottom of my bake was riddled with burnt grease and tasted horrible!! It was as if the tray was previously used for meat products and the grease has burnt the baking paper and caused the bottom of the bakes to be black, burnt and tasting like burnt meat. Absolutely shocking standards. I'll be steering well clear of this branch!

Won't be long before these workers do themselves out a job and they install a self service area for the baked goods, instead of a 30 second transaction taking 15 mins waiting for folk to get coffees and rolls made by the super...
