worst customer service ever, went today for lunch order some cocktails. one of the cocktails french martini was not upto the standard. we have tried to inform the old waitress about the same. the ans we got this is the way we make. so we said sorry we didn't like it so we dont want this. when we got the bill we saw that drinks is on our bill which we jusT returned we called the old waitress and then we got worst and strange answer that you have to pay . we told her we didn't drink and returned so we will not pay then she said PLEASE DONT COME BACK AGAIN ... I have just told the old lady that you cant say to your customer that dont come back...in a mean while other lady waitress came and she was soo rude as well . then there is no point doing arguments with these 2 i have just aid the bill and left. i just wanted to inform the owner please either please trained your staff how to speak to customer and let them know the rule of Hospitality is Customer is always RIGHT. its just about £4.00 .. now what these 2 lady done is we will never suggest anyone in this place. we are local and we appreciate the new business but if they work like this you will never get families over there ... hope you will speak to them you can check the cameras we were there around 3:30 till 4:10...

There for family lunch menu has change, prices have gone up but portion size has got smaller plus you no longer get garlic bread with your pasta dishes you have to buy your it as an extra now. My pasta was cold and had way to much garlic in it had to send it back. Yes I got a fresh one made which was much better and was given a garlic bread. We still won’t be ack as the prices for what you get are to much. Yes put prices up but keep portion size the same with the garlic bread.

Thanks for replying to my review. Like I said on my review that I did get a fresh pasta made for me & I did say we got a garlic bread and it was much better so thanks. As for your cheeky comment at the bottom of your review I think it was uncalled for as I will pay any price for food I get that is worth the money and your portion size is not worth the money. Also my family come to your pub on a regular bases for food as it was one of the best places to eat, but we will defo not be back for the cheeky comments as this is not the proper way to respond to a customer’s review. I also see you haven’t responded to the other reviews that said the food was to expensive for...

Would have put 0 stars but there is no option for that I was in with my mum and ordered macaroni it had black bits in it witch I thot was peper I asked for one with none in it with I received one that was the same so I gave them it back and didn't have anything when paying the bill my mum asked about the macaroni as we gave them it back it didn't get eat to witch a young girl came up and said we always order food and complain I hadn't been in there for months the time I complained there was a hair In my dinner she was very cheeky and said it was just salts witch I no it wasn't it was black I won't be back staff do not have very good...
