Greggs — Restaurant in Scotland

Stopped here to quickly grab something whilst driving and I have to say I was quite disappointed. In store they have screens up with the menu and deals etc and we asked about a deal and the woman serving would not give us the deal as she didn’t know about it and we were pointing to it on the board multiple times and still she acted like she didn’t have a clue what was going on. Eventually she had to ask someone else to come and help and he was slightly more helpful but it is was just a complete hassle when the deal was literally above their heads on a screen. Complete waste if time for a drive through. Waited 10mins in the queue only to be told no Steakbakes available for another 8 minutes. Considering they are one of Greg's staples, and my reason for going there , totally unacceptable.

Update. Thought I should give them a second chance. Drove to the ordering point at just after 9am on a midweek morning. Ordered a couple of steakbakes - sorry sir we haven't got any! Whats the point advertising late opening times for people to grab something on the way home, when there was literally nothing left just 4 different pastry options, no pizza, not one sandwich nothing. So is it the usual disconnect, between what head office wants and advertises, but in reality a few cold offerings and nothing left. During the day however, shop run well and plenty stock.
