I honestly don't know why I even bother coming to this restaurant. Almost every single time I do there is something wrong with my order and it's getting beyond a joke. Tonight I ordered a large wicked zinger tower meal with Diet Pepsi & gravy. I drove all the way home only to discover my Diet Pepsi was infact not Diet, the "large" fries were a laugh, you get more in a kids meal. The burger had chicken, lettuce, mayo & two buns. So that was missing cheese, other sauce & a hash brown. For £6.99 I'm pretty annoyed to be honest and feel ripped off.
In the past I've ordered the same but with a large gravy. Got home, opened the box to find a normal gravy even though I've paid for a large. On another visit I've ordered large & received medium fries, another time I ordered 2 wicked zinger tower meals at the drive thru, drove home to find burgers I've never even seen before, not what I had ordered anyway.
That is just a few examples of when my order hasn't been right, I feel like I now have to check my entire meal before I even leave the restaurant to make sure it's correct, how is this good service? The one at Glasgow park head isn't much better.
The restaurant itself is absolutely filthy, the straws, salt, napkins & cutlery are frequently empty, the staff don't seem interested they never smile & are usually too busy talking about the weekend than serving customers and when they do speak to you they have a bit of an attitude. The tables are always dirty & have food left on them. Does this place even have a manager? Why is it so dirty & unorganised? Surely if KFC is one of the leading employers the staff should be happier to work here, they look so depressed!
I'm never going back to KFC, it's an absolute waste of money & time and the one in Springburn should be...
Read moreOn 25th April 2024. Myself & my cousin had decided to go into this KFC for spot off lunch. We both had got the meal deal £4:99 which was few pieces of chicken / fries with tub gravy & drink. All was fine untill I was eating piece of chicken to which part of it was fully not cooked at all (rore fully pink not cooked) which now has put me fully off from KFC chicken also from today I’ve been sick upset stomach & slight pain in my stomach along with eggie burps which is fully known as form of food poisoning when have this. My cousin went straight up with this chicken. The young girl at service counter went showed this to manager firstly tried to give out another meal to which that was big NO! Did get refund back for this disgusting vile meal. However, as I have worked with in food catering most of my life and knowing with the consequences of not cooked foods & especially when to be chicken, my main question is to whom ever was the main employee who was placed with this cooking shift to which something needs be done regards to what just happened along with how this is major health n safety concern to anyone who comes down with any type of food poisoning caused by any member of staff with in food franchise such as KFC. I should really notify food health safety standards regards to this issue. Absolutely appalling! Not happy at all with this. 🤮🤢 also every table with in the premises not cleaned chicken crumbs on tables along with tomato sauce splashes on legs of chairs clearly cleaning duties & deep clean not being done at all. Basically this KFC in springburn need have surprise checks from food hygiene authorities and then maybe things...
Read moreMost of the eating space was closed off, presumably because it had been cleaned, however this was still 1 hour before closing time. There was two bench seating areas remaining (some high seating which is not suitable) but previous customers had left the area in a dreadful mess with food and packaging on the table and what looked like two soft drinks spilled over the floor. By the timei was served this ares hadn't been cleaned, soo moved a cone ( which cut off the vkean area) do I could have a seat. I was then asked to move even though my sister was collecting our order and the 'dirty' seats not cleaned. The worker informed me she was going to clean it. I let her know it would be too dangerous for me to walk on a wet floor, and if she couldn't see for herself I was physically less abled, I told her so, she insisted I love, wait for the table to be cleaned, (while my food was getting cold), however a young lad stepped in and said I should just sit where I was, this was backed up by my sister. The worker stormed off to share her dislike with a male worker. He then walked through the seating area, over the wet floor area and pretended to slip with turning to laugh with the first worker who asked me to move. If there had been a suitable alternative, I would have moved willingly, but there wasn't, but to be made a full of because my mobility isnt great, previously having to explain to the worker who has no concept of my inability, despite seeing me, made me feel unworthy and...
