I don't know if Anthony bourdain ever made it to Orkney, but if he did this would be where he would have eaten, I think. Real local burgers, extras like mushrooms and onions, good scotch rolls. But the Rossini burger - adding duck pate and blueberry sauce to a bacon cheeseburger sounds vaguely insane, but it was one of the best burgers I've had.
