Lincoln Inn — Restaurant in Scotland

Booked here for lunch and wow what a shambles.. was given two menus between six people..the menu was running on very limted items..that wasn't stated at the time of booking. one staff in particular was awful customer service was terrible I think if your gonna work in a pub you need great customer service clearly she's in the wrong job. Then she continues to be rude and storm away very very poor.. my dad goes in the next day for a pint to then have the same bar staff challenged him with regards to the reviews left on the pub page... anyone else would have handled it by the person who left the review but not her. She decides to pick on a old man how pathetic.helpful little hint if you can't take a bad review then don't work in a public house...

The staff were amazing, helpful, friendly and fun and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Had Christmas Dinner here and thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. However, the food definitely wasn't of the usual good standard most likely down to the number of guests. 2 of my party were unwell after the meal and the only thing each had was the turkey.
