We have now twice saved money to treat the kids and us .The kids and I got 4 cheeseburgers ask For No Sauce But the wee onions that they used to put on our cheeseburgers, not the wee black/brown things that resemble the wee onions "raw" as All enjoyed , Not just myself and the kids EVERYONE IS SAYING you do not even get wee grilled onions or you may see 5 or 6 black spots that is the WEE ONION ! GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL!! OR IF WE ASK FOR IT PLEASE JUST GIVE US THE WEE ORIGINAL ONIONS !! IT WAS THEY WAY WE HAD IT FOR YEARS !!! THEN MY HUSBANDS PHILLY CHEESE , 1 PICKLE , BUT GOOD THAT WE SAID NO PICKLES ! IT HAD NO ,,, NONE ,, OF THE CHEESE SAUSE , A FEW CRISPY ONIONS ON THE 1ST PATTIE AND A SLICE OF CHEESE 1/2 way off the second pattie !! And the rest of the cheese was stuck to the box !!! So Philly CHEESE w/ half a slice as the box got most of it ! Sorry Franchises owner , you may have all the money you need we do not !!! And what a disappointment tonight ! Read moreDrive thru: I questioned whether we were given all of our order, to be responded to with attitude that we had. Pulled over to check and we were missing a few items. Went inside, got a manager or supervisor who had even more attitude, looking for the receipt and then wanting me to take all items into the branch. I asked that she come to the car, but refused and told me to just take receipt in. I did and then she disappeared, whilst another 2 customers appeared one with another wrong order and the other a cold hot chocolate. She eventually returned with the missing fries and not a word of an apology. The other 2 customers were commenting as to how rude she had been with them, I'm glad it wasn't just me!! Needless to say I think they were having a nightmare tonight and it wasn't even that busy. I think the manager/supervisor should brush up on her customer service and it may even rub off on some of her team. Won't be going back to the earlsgate branch in a hurry. A shame because pre refurb it...
Read moreUpdate to my previous review. Two recent Uber deliveries both wrong, both cold, last delivery had half cooked chips. Spent over 20minutes on the phone to Uber to sort out a crying kids meal. Never got a replacement meal sorted just a refund for the missing meal. Doesn't help with a crying child. I won't be ordering again for delivery due to McDonalds incompetence. Uber delivery was great and without any issue, shame they have been handed the wrong items and that they were cold.
Very busy at peak meal times. Normally queued out onto the main roundabout. Other than that the are the usual quick service and drive through you normally get the stuff you have asked for. Recently has had a refurb. Delivery people have their own entrance which is far better so they are not stood over you. Staff appear to take pride in their site as it always appears clean, tidy...
