Absolutely shocking service. This has happened a few times now. Stood in the order line for 10mins today as I was paying with cash and was the only one in line to be served and stood right at the till. Most staff made eye contact with me but not once did anyone say, we are really busy (with the just eat/uber eat orders), be with you in a sec. But no, they just kept doing what they were doing and never said to anyone to grab the customer at the till. I had a young girl right infront of me (dealing with drinks and bagging orders) who could clearly see me but clearly ignored me. When did ignoring customers be ok. I work in front line customer service and would NEVER do that to a customer. I'm am not a rude person but today I was a little rude. I was so angery and lost my patience , I ended up saying to the girl who was clearly ignoring me " excuse me, when is someone going to take my order". Out of around 20 memebers of staff, not 1 person could just stand a serve at the tills. I know the staff are run off there feet and are busier than ever and are trying to do their best. But being visible and ignored would make anyone annoyed. Since this just eat/uber eat came into service, over the past few months, I have noticed a change in customers being ignored who pay by cash (yes, customers can still pay with cash) and the delivery drivers taking up alot of the seating areas waiting on there orders. Read moreWent in for lunch there was maybe around 5 or 6 people waiting on their food, myself and a delivery driver waited a half hour on our order i noticed people that came in about 10 minutes after me were getting their order before me just as i went to ask about my order the delivery guy asked in front of me and the attitude he got from two heavy set girls (one was the manager) he only asked about his food and they both started shouting at him it was unbelievable, if they are that miserable or emotionally unstable at that job then they shouldn't be there, i then asked for mines and one of them picked a bag up that had been sitting there for a long time (obviously my order) they just didn't bother to tell me it was ready, she threw the food in the bin and got fresh food (not wrapped properly at all) burger fell apart all in the bag, i have never seen service this bad in my life, i would never want to see anyone lose their job but they 2 girls clearly weren't fit to be working there. The place wasn't that busy yet the entire staff were moving like snails. I've never seen that at any other McDonald's usually they're all on the ball and everyone is rushing about getting orders out in good time. The whole atmosphere in the place was terrible and What i seen today was appalling and i had to leave this review. Read moreWe were treated shabbily from the minute we went into the drive through. Firstly they got the order wrong on the screen, then when I asked for a third sauce because there was three meals I was ignored and to top it all after driving 3.5 miles home we were given someone elses meal. When I took it back the asst manager was pleasant enough but i was told " oh we know about this , I will make you a fresh one" That was as close to an apology as I got and when I complained about the staff too busy talking and laughing I was told that didn't happen. Now there was three of us in the car and I can assure you the service was at best lousy. I was not offered any compensation for having to make a 7 mile round trip for their mistake and was basically accused of being a liar. That to me is not good service and I am taking this further. It is bad enough that mistakes are made with orders but to give someone the complete wrong order is gross incompetence. I want some satisfaction on this matter and find your staff to be totally unsatisfatory...
