Tigger lily in Old Meldrum used to be very good. The last three takeaways have gone downhill. Tonight's service was diabolical over an hour waiting. They gave my order to someone else who was waiting. The other customer brought my order back and they tried to give it to me. As I didn't really fancy food that had been out of the premises for about 15 and carried around town I refused and insisted it was remade. Read the recent reviews. Chaos. Barely answer the phone. Forgot one of our items last time I came and tonight’s been a farce. Ordered 70 mins ago for a 40 min collection. Still waiting. Dozen folk here at the same time. Slowest I’ve seen. Shame as if someone knew what they were doing, the food is actually normally good. Lady at till hadn’t put ticket up for service. Shambolic organisation. Won’t be back.

Food arrived at 21.00 after ordering at 18.30. Food arrived stone cold. Had to reheat and most of the food was inedible after that. Chips went soggy, Chicken was too chewy and was thrown out.
