Been a number of times over the years and never been disappointed.
Not the biggest selection of food I've seen at a buffet however everything I tried was Extremely nice. Food always tastes fresh and is always being topped up.
The price is very reasonable for the area and the quality of foood that you receive. Sunday lunch + unlimited refills on draught for £14.
The interior has recently been redone & it has brightened the place up which is a great improvement and makes the place look alot cleaner.
Take away menu looks very reasonably priced aswell. I wouldn't be upset if this was my local take away.
I've only given 4/5 due to the service we received on on our second recent visit. Feel it's important to highlight as I did find this a little off putting and uncomfortable. The staff were all friendly however through out our sitting we felt like we were being watched as if they were suspicious we stuffing our knickers full ae pakora or something. While eating a member of staff was over making small talk. Found this to be overwhelming when on a quiet lunch and if I had similar service to this again it would probably put me off visiting again.
Above isn't me being negitive, more a constructive criticism. Would still recommend this place to people as overall it is worth the money and the staff are welcoming. Just found being watched to detract from the relaxing meal out I'd...
Read moreWe went yesterday (Saturday) for a 1pm booking. Hadn’t been since before lockdown last year and we were quite looking forward to it. Hoping it had improved on the hit and miss it had been before.🤷🏻♀️ Anyhoo, the place was busy as per. Got in and the “manager” greeted us and then straight away leaned in to say he needed our table for 2pm. We were surprised about this and asked why? We got no explanation, just that he needed the table. Obviously as plenty of people were coming in at our back it was to get more money through the door. We said no, that wouldn’t do. I explained that this should have been pointed out when we phoned to book our table. Now, I for one like to take my time at a buffet, chat with my companions, and maybe have a little break between courses. Rushing people to get more of a turnover might make them money that day but, it’s not good business if you want a customer to return. We were unhappy about this and left to go somewhere else. If it’s going to be that way we won’t be back. You would sit more than an hour for a regular 3 course meal anywhere else so, I’m not being rushed for a...
Read moreI tried about 75% of what they had on offer and that was an obscene amout of food and it was amazing. Ended up having 3 full plates of starter/main corse then some delicious dessert. It was only £12 odd a head an £7ish for the kids. Fantastic meal and the service was excellent aswell. Well worth the half hour drive down the M77 from Glasgow. I thought my sat nav was taking me the wrong way till the wee town appeared. If your looking for all you can eat relaxed dining id highly recommend trying this place out. The booze was extremely cheap aswell. Only £2.75 for a pink gin an lemonade and £2.95 for a bottomless coke. Found out on my way out the door that kids eat free on a Sunday aswell. I'll definitely be heading back down within the next few weeks. Most all you can eat places have a few dishes that are good an the rest is just filler but absolutely every single thing I tried was excellent. The only things I didn't try we're most of the curry's but the 3 I tasted were top notch. Had a full Sunday roast on my second visit to the buffet an then went back for another plate full after that. I'm pretty sure I got my...
