Lovely folks and good food trying to find their footing. A great option for dinner when Portree is overrun with tourists and no tables are to be had. It is about a half-hour drive from there.

The food was solidly good, not exception, but a bit pricey for the quality. Great views (see photos). Menu options somewhat limited. They had a special "rice pudding" which I love, but my friend got it and I tasted it. Hardly a pudding, more like a dessert risotto. Good flavor but not creamy, cooked soft kernels etc. that are the hallmark of a rice pudding. it has a caramel sauce half a poached pear on top and some berries. Enjoyable, but misrepresented in my estimation.

Lingui seafood was good with lots of seafood (mussels, shrimp, regular fish and smoked fish). My friends said the stake was "good" but one of their steaks was rather gristle-y. The sticky rice pudding was a bit dry.

Be aware the drive over a mile from the main road is on an actual one-lane cow-path with few passing areas. Sheep all over the "road" and very bumpy and not really well maintained. We were aware to return before it...

Such a beautiful quiet spot! We had the best couple as our servers. John and Annette are worth the trip! Along with the stunning patio of the loch you can walk on and around and see the sheep. We got to see a seal swimming in the loch. John helped us order and the food was incredible! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ so delicious there was nothing left. Dessert I definitely recommend the brownie! Canโ€™t forget the peppercorn sauce for your steak either. AMAZING! They are the best and we enjoyed our conversation with them and it made the whole place feel so cozy and welcoming. We will definitely be back next time we...

This was the best restaurant we ate at in isle of skye! Everything was delicious and the staff was super nice and helpful! I was suprised to find even the pizza was pretty good! No new york pizza obviously but a bit better than digiornos. The soup of the day I had was really good and both the cheesecake special and toffee pudding were great! The garlic bread was...
