Restaurant Rafters — Restaurant in Scotland

We were booked into the hotel but decided to eat at Rafters last night. The food was terrible and had we not been in a hurry as we were heading out and starving, we would have sent it back. We had the fish and chips and it was way over cooked, the chips were actually burnt and the batter on the fish was rock hard. The fat or oil that it was cooked in was obviously needing changed too as you could taste the dirty fat. Then there was the peas, they were supposedly in truffle oil but horrible. The manager, if doing his job properly should have removed the food when he saw it but all he said was I’ll take the comments on board. Really really bad.
