Quaint but very personable little shop run by Joe himself, with obvious passion on display. Well worth a visit and if I lived locally would be there weekly. I’m not a connoisseur… or should I say connois-sour 😋 but a fresh sourdough loaf is one of my favourite things, and I try local bakers wherever I go. And Joe’s is now my firm favourite, knocking Freedom Bakery (Glasgow) off my top spot. Great bake, texture, moistness and flavour. We also tried the cinnamon buns which were awesome....
