Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Scotland

I have visited this store religiously for almost 2 years on a daily basis, staff have always been lovely and never had an issue, over the past few weeks this store has been training staff for the new starbucks in linwood/paisley which is great other than the fact that my daily order of 2 caramel lattes has only had us having 1 or none with the caramel in it, i messaged the page after maybe the 3rd time this happened and was offered 2 for free (great looking after there customers) then yesterday again only 1 with the syrup and 2 half medium lattes, again i messaged the page got no response so today at the order speaker i stated to ensure the caramel was in the latte, get to the window and mention to the girl that lately the syrup hasn't been getting put in and i get, well maybe you need to stir it would you like a stirrer? To which i replied that it doesn't need to be stirred i can tell right away if it has it or not, to then get well we are doing some training SOOOO....

what a way to treat any customer let alone...

Came in for a drink and cake with my Son, ordered to sit in, and there were only 6 other people sitting down and no one else in the queue.

We sat down and waited, then 4 people came in for drinks to go, during which time we waited and waited.

16 minutes had now past so I approached the till point to ask on our drinks, which was a Cappuccino and White Chocolate Frappuccino, only to be told it’s coming.

Then 2 more people came in and placed their order and they immediately started making them, much to my utter surprise.

I asked for a refund and we would leave, the disgraceful attitude from the server was unprofessional, there was no apology for forgetting our order, no apology for keeping us waiting, and yet had the cheek to tell me to have a nice evening.

Starbucks Johnstone get a grip, common courtesy to apologise and then make my drinks is all it required, yet your staff lacked the common decency...

Are we having an off day ??? It’s not the prettiest place to stop off for a coffee, and the music is allay that tiny bit too loud. Whoever served me this time, … well their mind was elsewhere. We ordered two coffees and two cakes. Just a quick “ do you fancy a coffee and chill for ten ??” … well the coffee wasn’t that hot, ( not a big problem for me, I’m always being belittled because I drink ‘baby coffee’ ….. hey, I’ve got sensitive nerve endings !! ) unfortunately my partner can’t literally drink water out of a boiling kettle and she always asks for ‘extra hot’ ! Well this time she was finished in record time, while I took my time. However, we only got one of the cakes we ordered, I had to go back to the counter to explain to a different member of staff that I was a cake short.

All in all, not a brilliant visit for Starbucks, seems a bit...
